Entry through Affiliated Fairs
IRIS has also tied up with various other science fairs in the country.
If you have participated in this fair,
then you stand a chance to be selected
for the IRIS Fair. These fairs include:
- Children’s Science Congress catalysed and organised by Department of Science and Technology
- Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti
- Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan
- Science Fairs organised by the State governments of Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Satara, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Kerala
The projects will be selected based on
the IRIS judging criteria.
You will be selected from the Affiliated fairs based entirely on your merit. Once selected, you will be sent the following:
- Students Participation Form
- No Objection Certificate
- Project Synopsis
You need to fill these forms
from
www.innovation.net.in/iris and mail them to us*. You will then be invited to participate in the National Level Fairs.
National Level
At this level you will be competing with several others selected for the National Level Fair. The winners of this fair will then qualify for the Coaching Camp and then qualified to represent the Indian contingent for the Intel ISEF.
Coaching camp
A one week training camp will be held in January, for the winners of the National fairs to prepare them for the International level
International Level
Winners from the National Level fairs make up the Indian contingent to represent India at the international level at Intel ISEF held at USA in May every year.
